Patrick is a monitoring, evaluation research and learning practitioner, with five-years’ experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, improving project performance tracking, data analysis, reporting and ensuring data driven decision making.

Before taking up his roles at the NCHRD-U, Patrick had previously worked with World Vision Uganda, Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) and Plan International Uganda (PIU) all as an M&E officer.

He holds a bachelors degree in records and archives management from Makerere University, a Post-graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and currently finalizing his master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Technology and Management University.
