Andrew Lubanga joined the Coalition in September 2017. Before holding the position, he served as the Coalition Accountant. He has been instrumental in setting up a fully functional department. He previously served on a regional programme in Care International in Uganda, at The Royal Danish Embassy, National Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation strategy project in the Office of the Prime Minister, at DANIDA’s Decentralization Advisory Office and in Maersk shipping firm. He holds ACCA certification and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Accounting major.
